Be a part of the building process from start to finish and get exactly what you want from your new home. We’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
1. Meet the team
We’ll spend some time getting to know each other and learning how you want your new home to look and feel. Next, we’ll explain our process from start to finish so you know exactly what to expect.
2. Make some choices
First, you’ll choose where you’d like to build. Then, you’ll either pick from one of our existing house plans or decide to go with a home that’s completely customized. We’ll work with you to ensure your floor plan, personal style, and budget align so that you can feel confident in your choices.
3. Start construction
Throughout the building process, you’ll have walkthroughs and meetings with a member of our team and our professional trades. This will allow you to see the progress and be part of the decision making every step of the way. It’s an exciting time, and we want you to take part in it.
4. Get the keys
When construction is complete, we’ll review every detail of your new home with you and make sure all the last details are to your liking. Once we know you’re satisfied and “possession day” has arrived, we’ll hand over your keys. Now you get to turn your house into a home!
